Automating the pricing desk end to end

ASCO's pricing team was hand-collecting freight queries, routing them to agents, chasing quotes, and relaying prices back to customers. We automated the whole loop inside a purpose-built dashboard and backend, from RFQ intake to the final quote that lands with the customer.
